About Dublin City Canals
Dublin City Canals main aim is to promote the use of Dublin's canals to their fullest potential as amenities. We would like to ensure that the canals are maintained to the highest possible standard and they offer the maximum amenity values to everyone who use them.
What's Involved
Join us for Dublin Canals Action Day on Saturday 25th April.
This is a family-friendly event, all are welcome. Our goal is to have teams clearing litter at different points along the canals. Volunteers will be removing litter and rubbish from the canals and the canal banks (equipment will be supplied).
Here are details of the starting locations.
Meeting on the day
The meeting time will be 10:45 at each starting point with a set out time of 11:00. The finish time will be 13:00.
What's required for this position
All are welcome!
No special skills required, only an interest in getting involved. Gloves, litter pickers and bags provided.
