What's Involved

• Assist with the paperwork required for our National Collection day sites (Garda permits, insurance etc)
• Assist with phonecalls in a friendly and approachable manner to previous volunteers to reactivate them for this year’s Collection Day on Friday 13th September
• Assist with phonecalls to Collection day sites to confirm our date and recording correspondence notes in an efficient and accurate manner
• Provide efficient and accurate administration support to the National Campaigns team utilising relevant IT packages (Microsoft outlook, word, excel), ensuring all data is up to date
• Assist in preparing Team Leader packs and Collection Day materials for posting in the lead up to the day

What's required for this position

• Excellent English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent telephone manner
• Confidence dealing with general queries (following training)
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
• Interest or experience in office administration
• Awareness of confidentiality

  • Personable Skills

Level of English required for this role:
Fluent English

Times and commitment required for this role


Minimum time commitment: 6 months

Hours required: 8hrs Weekly
