About Feed Our Homeless
Feed Our Homeless is working to end homelessness in Dublin's inner city.
What's Involved
You will personally make a significant difference volunteering your time with Feed Our Homeless to help support the most vulnerable on the streets in Dublin city. You will also gain significant experience in the Fundraising sector regarding administration, community fundraising and community relations.
The Role will involve:
• Assisting with the paperwork required for our Collection Day Sites (Garda Permits and Insurance).
• Assisting with phone calls in a friendly and approachable manner.
• Providing administration support for Feed Our Homeless Events & Campaigns.
• Reporting - Proficient use of Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Word to ensure data is up to date.
• Creative - Recruit new volunteers for Feed Our Homeless two main services - Soup Kitchen and the Outreach Team.
What's required for this position
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent telephone manner.
• Creative.
• Uses their own initiative.
• Sales experience.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Attention to detail for reporting purposes.
• An interest in office administration.
• Awareness of confidentiality.
