No Name Club - Sligo

About No Name Club - Sligo

The No Name! Club is a National Voluntary Youth Organisation with clubs throughout the country. They are run by and for young people aged 15-18 who come together in a safe, lively environment where there is fun, friendship and enjoyment without the pressure of alcohol or other drugs.
Our motto is 'Do something different!'

What's Involved

Tubbercurry No Name Club is re-opening in September and we are looking for adult leaders to get involved and help create a welcoming space for local young people.

The role of the adult volunteers is to help the young people create social activities for themselves in a safe, fun environment away from drugs and alcohol.

The young people come up with their own ideas for activities and plan and run them themselves with volunteer support. These vary widely but could include running discos, planning trips away or getting involved in local community projects.

Could you volunteer for 2 hours every two weeks and 3 Saturdays per year?

If you would like to volunteer with supporting young people in an alcohol and drug free environment then this role is for you. Just click on 'Register' and we will be in touch to chat through how you can get involved in this role.
