Receptionist for Youth Service

Candle Community Trust

About Candle Community Trust

Candle Community Trust provides educational and developmental programmes for young people who experience disadvantage and marginalisation. We aim to divert young people from offending behaviour and provide a context for the physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual growth of the person.

Candle Community Trust has pioneered the integration of the Trauma Recovery Model and Restorative Practices in their approach to working with young people, which aims to address any underlying trauma or issues presenting through Candle’s in-house therapeutic services and interventions. Over the past year the Candle campus has been redeveloped and now provides a state of the art building to support the work of Candle. With this brings the excitement of something ‘new’ and ‘vibrant’. This new chapter brings with it the opportunity to develop and introduce new imaginative and innovative programming.
