About Dublin Simon Community
Dublin Simon Community works to prevent and address homelessness in Dublin, Kildare, Wicklow, Meath, Louth, Cavan and Monaghan. We provide services at all stages of homelessness and enable people to move to a place they can call home.
We are looking for a dedicated volunteer to help organise a bag pack in their local community. Your tasks will involve liaising with your local supermarket to organise dates, the recruitment of local volunteers, and the collection of the funds itself. The Simon Community will assist with all organising, providing buckets, t-shirts, etc.
What's required for this position
All you need is to be dedicated and show sympathy towards the current housing crisis. The Simon Community needs as much support as possible, and this would be incredible.
