To assist people at risk of becoming homeless; campaigning for legislative and policy change; provide quality care and accommodation.
What's Involved
Act as an ambassador for the Simon Community in talks and events run in Schools and Colleges across the Louth, Cavan and Monaghan areas.
Commit to performing numerous school talks throughout the academic year.
What's required for this position
Good communication skills
Ability to work with Microsoft PowerPoint.
Experience speaking to groups of people
Some knowledge of the Irish school system
Knowledge of the social context within which Simon works would be an advantage
