What's Involved
Be a positive role model for young people, be able to support challenging situations, work as part of a team, be able to plan, implement and evaluate structured sessions, engage in positive conversations around young people, and create an opportunity to take a lead role in supervising youth club spaces.
What's required for this position
Good communication skills, good time management, be motivated within their volunteer role, be able to work well with other staff and volunteers, to be able to approach tasks through a positive and developmental practice.
