About Teach na nDaoine Family Resource Centre
The Teach na nDaoine Family Resource Centre is situated in the Mullaghmatt / Cortolvin area just outside Monaghan town. The resource centre provides family and community supports primarily to the residents of Mullaghmatt and Cortolvin, but services are also open to the wider community.
What's Involved
The Teach na Daoine Summer Camp is a very exciting opportunity to work within an established 6 week programme that has been a flagship summer camp for the last 7 years. We always have a large and vibrant team of volunteers to work with 40-60 young people aged 7-14 years.
Supervision of groups will be the key duty and this will involve supervision both at our resource center but also on day trips away to various places of interest.
The 2019 camp will run from Monday 15th July to Friday 16th August.
What's required for this position
Interest in a variety of activities that will involve young people aged 7-14 years. Ability to supervise and work within the volunteer team. Ability to take direction and follow instruction.
