About Drop Inn Ministries Charity Shops
Drop Inn Ministries is a charity that began in Northern Ireland and now works to bring aid to over 20 countries around the world, with the help of its 35+ Charity Shops. It is a Christian charity that seeks to bring Hope, Help and Healing to a hurting world through providing Humanitarian Aid. Based in Northern Ireland and funded from a chain of Charity Shops throughout Ireland, UK, USA and Canada. It works alongside Churches in Africa, Eastern Europe, India, The Philippines, Venezuela, and Haiti. Its work includes supporting 2,000 orphans in various countries. Drop Inn Ministries also runs an annual "shoe box appeal", sending Christmas gifts to children in need.
What's Involved
Tagging and hanging clothes on rails.
Assisting with the shop recycling process.
Cleaning and assisting with shop floor maintenance.
Serving the public.
The shop is open 10 am to 5 pm and volunteers are needed on Tuesdays or Thursdays. Volunteers are asked to do between 2 and 4 hours per week within these hours.
