Irish Wheelchair Association (IWA) is one of Ireland's leading social enterprises and representative organisations for people with physical disabilities.

The largest of our services is our Assisted Living Service (ALS), which provides one-to-one support of a personal assistant to an individual in their home, workplace, school/college or local community.

Other services include:
Resource and Outreach Centres in local communities;
Transport;
Driving assessment, tuition and advice;
Holiday services;
Plus a range of educational opportunities, information, housing supports and youth services.
IWA operates from every county in Ireland. Our Sligo base is next to St. Anne's church (beside Aldi & the Firestation).
