What's Involved

CASA recruits individuals to become befrienders. They run socials once a month where the volunteer is teamed with an individual with an intellectual disability. It is usually on a Sunday afternoon from 1-5pm. CASA are actively looking for people to register their interest now in volunteering from now until the end of July.

What's required for this position

The volunteer needs to have a caring nature and an ability to work well with others. Must be very reliable.

  • Personable Skills

Level of English required for this role:
Intermediate English

Times and commitment required for this role


Minimum time commitment: 1 year

Hours required: 2hrs Weekly
