About SOSAD Ireland
Since 2007, SOSAD has worked to raise awareness and help prevent
suicide in Ireland. We have worked tirelessly in our communities to
help those in need feel supported and know they are not alone on their
journey. SOSAD offers support and services for people who are going
through bereavement, struggling with a loss of a loved one, from suicide, suffering
with mental health issues, suffering with stress and anxiety,
struggling with isolation, or if you simply need someone to talk to.

We have seven offices based in Cavan, Louth, Meath, Laois and Monaghan from
which we provide our services. Online services are available.
What's Involved
SOSAD Ireland are looking for people to volunteer their time in our office in Dundalk. We are looking for people to help with the general running of our office from 10am until 5/6pm and people to do evenings shifts.
Duties include, taking phone calls and messages, rosters, greeting clients and counsellors, inputting data, general secretarial work.
What's required for this position
The position requires sending emails and using word. Phone training will be provided.
