BlueFire is a free open-air intercultural arts festival that takes place in Dublin's historic Smithfield Square. The festival is a non-profit social enterprise with a mission to promote social integration and cohesion amongst Dubliners across all cultural backgrounds.

Then you may be interested in joining our Community Engagement Team!

As part of 2018’s community engagement strategy we’ll be working with local youth organisations, asylum seekers and refugees through a number of initiatives. This includes a 6-month arts & entrepreneurship programme, culminating in a weeklong summer camp where young people from different cultures will curate our annual festivals’ teenzone; a 3-month digital media training programme with asylum seekers and local at risk young people; and a quarterly audience-participatory TED talk style event.

Responsibilities of this team include:

- Workshop development & delivery .
- Collaborating with local youth organisations & stakeholders to co-create workshops.
- Managing the overall delivery of these programmes, including ongoing monitoring, reflection, and development.
- Managing relationships with partner organisations, and developing new relationships with potential partner organisations.
