Carrigaline United AFC is a leading community sports organisation that aims to build better lives through sport. We use the power of sport to deliver a variety of inspiring education, health, disability and football programmes in our community. We also champion the removal of barriers to sports participation within the community through social inclusion to harness the provision of infrastructure & opportunities to progress and develop sporting skills and expertise to players of all abilities.

The club is a local meeting point for supporters and players alike on the southside of the city and the club's state of the art facilities are at the heart of the community where we cater for 1,000 club members a week.

What's Involved

Carrigaline United are currently looking for a Sports Facilitator with excellent practical skills. This person must have the ability to work on own initiative and also as part of a team.The right person will gain good experience .in this field.

What's required for this position

To succeed in this role you will require:- • A positive, can-do, resilient and flexible • Strong interpersonal skills at a face-to-face level.
• The ability to work on own initiative and also as part of a team.
• Good communication skills
• The capacity to work on own initiative with a proactive approach
Applicants must supply suitable character references and be prepared to complete a Garda vetting application form.
