About North West Hospice
The North West Hospice provides specialist palliative care services for people living with life-limiting illness in our community. We cover Sligo, Leitrim, South Donegal and West Cavan.
What's Involved
The volunteer will provide gentle, non-treatment based massage/reflexology in their own clinic to enhance the overall well-being of a person living with a life limiting illness and/or their carer.
What's required for this position
The volunteer will need to be qualified, insured and experienced for this role. They need to feel comfortable and be sensitive around people living with a life limiting illness and able to work alongside hospice staff. They need to provide resources and have a friendly and courteous manner at all times.
