About ISPCC Louth Meath
Providing support for children up to the age of 18 via telephone and one to one services.
What's Involved
The ISPCC are due to hold another training course for Childline.
An Information evening for the new course will be held on Thursday, 23rd June at 6.30pm at our offices here in Drogheda, (Distillery House, Dyer Street, Drogheda, Co Louth).
People need to sign up with myself at dlambe@ispcc.ie no later than Monday 20th
We would like volunteers to commit to a 4 hour commitment once a week and will most likely be on Saturdays (10am-2pm, 2pm-6pm, and 6pm-10pm) and Sundays (2pm-6pm and 6pm-10pm). We also run shifts 6-10pm Mon-Fri.
Successful volunteers are required to volunteer for 4 hours per week on our phone and online service for a minimum of 2 years
What's required for this position
We are looking for volunteers to join a dedicated team. Canditates must have a genuine desire to listen to children.
