About Northside Home Care Services

Northside Home Care Services (formerly KARE Social Services) is a charitable organisation which was founded in 1965 by volunteers. Today we provide Home Help, Meals on Wheels, Citizens Information and a Community Minibus service. Our Meals on Wheels kitchen also provides a dinner to residents and locals in one of our sheltered Dublin City Council accommodation kitchens.
Our Mission Statement is to ‘Support and improve quality of life by enabling older people to live independently at home’.
