About Dundalk ParkRun
Parkrun is a free 5K timed run that takes place every Saturday morning at 9:30AM in the DKIT sports pitch. This event is owned and ran by the people of Dundalk so it relies on volunteers from the community to make it happen. The overall aim is to promote health and fitness in the local community.
What's Involved
We are looking for volunteers to marshal the route, scan ID barcodes and to hand out Finishing tokens.
Full training will be provided. We would also welcome anyone with knowledge of First Aid. Volunteers must be friendly, encourage all participants as they run/walk the 5K course.
Dundalk parkrun is an inclusive event for all ages and levels of fitness.
