What's Involved
Have you got a good eye for fashion? As part of our friendly and helpful team, you will be dealing with costumers, replenishing stock, sorting in our storeroom and helping with window dressing. You will be handling cash and may be taking in donations. Some sorting , steaming and pricing may also be involved.
Time Commitment:
Volunteers can help for one of the shifts which are 9am to 1pm or 1pm to 5pm, Monday to Saturday. A break is provided.
This opportunity may suit someone with time available during the day or someone hoping to gain skills in store management, retail and handling cash. The opportunity will also give experience and references to the volunteer relating to retail, dealing with customers and window dressing.
Covid Safety Protocols are in place to protect volunteers
* Self Declaration form to be completed prior to starting
* Social distancing, workplace sterilisation and and new hygiene regimes in place
* Temperature checks and PPE will be provided
* Log book and contact tracing system
* Covid induction training will be provided
What's required for this position
Basic English Skills, Good Time Management and Organisational skills, Friendly and outgoing. Full training will be provided.
