What's Involved

Swords Tidy Towns volunteers care for the town of Swords. They generate enthusiasm and co-operation in order to enhance the natural and built environment. Our work is varied, but includes litter-picking, hedge trimming, graffiti removal, planting flowerbeds, biodiversity work, fundraising, liaising with residents associations, local business and Council, and generally improving the Swords area. If you have an interest in any of the above and want to see a better Swords, please contact us. Weekly clean-up which takes place every Saturday 11am-1pm in Swords

What's required for this position

No particular skills required, yet all skills welcome such as gardening, communication, IT, PR, interpersonal, working as part of a team.
