About Clean Coasts Ireland-Sligo

Clean Coasts engages communities in the protection of Ireland’s beaches, seas and marine life. The programme is operated by the Environmental Education Unit of An Taisce and is currently funded by the Department of the Housing, Planning, Community & Local Government and Fáilte Ireland. Clean Coasts is made up of two main elements; Clean Coasts Volunteering and the Green Coast Award. http://cleancoasts.org/

What's Involved

Volunteers are needed and will be welcome to help with the Big Beach Clean up at Strandhill.
Meet at 12 noon at the Canon at Strandhill on Saturday 19th September.
Bags and gloves will be supplied for this clean up. All volunteers would be most welcome.

Minimum time commitment: Once Off
