About BlueFire
BlueFire is a free open-air intercultural arts festival that takes place in Dublin's historic Smithfield Square. The festival is a non-profit social enterprise with a mission to promote social integration and cohesion amongst Dubliners across all cultural backgrounds.

Then you may be interested in joining our Corporate Engagement Team!
The demand on our service is rapidly increasing; and as such we’re building upon our Corporate Engagement Strategy to increase both financial and in-kind support in order to meet the increasing needs within our community. By joining our team you’ll be working to develop innovative partnerships with corporations such as engaging their staff in leadership training programs and developing mentorship programmes for our fellowship.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop & execute strategy, including supporting marketing team to grow our public image.
- Search for opportunities – relevant CSR programmes, utilizing current networks, attending events with people of influence etc.
- Develop innovative partnerships with corporations that align with our and their values/needs.
- Stewardship: Maintain & build upon relationships with existing donors and ensure quality communication with all stakeholders (regular e-updates, coffee’s, invites to BlueFire events).
- Utilize & expand our networks.
- Explore commercial opportunities within the BlueFire model (how could we generate revenue through what we do).
