About Depaul
Depaul is a homeless charity providing accommodation and support through hostels and outreach services. Depaul believes that everyone should have a place to call home and a stake in their community. Our aim is to work with those who are socially excluded and marginalised by providing a quality led service in order to produce the best possible outcomes for those accessing our services. We work in partnership with central and local government, housing associations and other non-governmental organisations such as the society of St Vincent de Paul.
What's Involved
Working in a busy city centre homeless hostel you will be responsible for supporting front line staff working with those directly affected by homelessness and in particular those rough sleeping.
You will work with a highly motivated and professional team in a challenging and fast paced environment for a values led organisation.
What's required for this position
To be a good communicator, a self starter to have the ability to work alone or in a team, to work under pressure while retaining your sense of humour and willingness to go the extra mile for those most affected by homelessness and rough sleeping. To support the front line staff with office and admin tasks as directed by the local management team.
