What's Involved

Barnardos are looking for volunteers to assist with this year’s Cadbury Easter Egg Hunt Event, in support of Barnardos, which takes place in Merrion Square, Dublin 2 over Easter weekend - Friday, 25th & Saturday, 26th March. The event opens at 10am and finishes at 5pm each day, so we will need volunteers from 9am each morning. If you can’t stay for the full day then we would really appreciate your help during either the morning sessions (9am to 1pm) or afternoon sessions (1.30pm to 5.30pm) on Friday or Saturday.

Help is needed in lots of different areas on the both days of the event, such as:
- Help with the set-up on the morning of the event
- Assisting with ticketing at the entrance
- Packing and distributing goodie bags, refreshments etc.
- Stewarding at entrances to the event and along the Easter Egg Hunt route
- Helping with the post event clean up
- Providing encouragement and smiles during the day!

What's required for this position

Friendly, organised person, who enjoys being outside and has an interest in event management

Intermediate English
