What's Involved
Programme Assistant at the Day Resource Centre.
Support/ service users in learning new activities, both inside the centre and at outdoor activities, such as shopping trips.
Also assisting on the wheelchair bus with service users to and from the centre and assisting with personal care.
Any time offered would be appreciated.
What's required for this position
Good people skills, flexibility ability to work well within a team.
We would welcome anyone who would enjoy working with a variety of people who have different abilities and disabilities.
Our workplace would give a volunteer the opportunity to attend any training that we provide.
Level of English required for this role:
Fluent English
