About Lets Get Talking
Let’s Get Talking is a national charity committed to non-set fee counselling & psychotherapy service provision in the community. LGT is dedicated to addressing the needs of those living with mental struggles and to promoting the overall mental health of its clients. Our work is driven by our commitment to promote mental health as a critical part of overall wellness, including working with prevention services for all; early identification and intervention for those at risk, and supports for those who need it with recovery as the goal. What's Involved
Do you enjoy meeting people? Do you value affordable and accessible mental healthcare services in your community? We are looking for someone to provide reception and administrative support to the Management of Let’s Get Talking Dublin and play a crucial part in the administration and smooth-running of Let’s Get Talking Dublin.
Responsibilities Include:
Answering inquiries regarding the organisation and how we operate.
Keeping the appointment schedule up to date.
Informing Counsellors of cancellations. Taking and logging payments for sessions.
Setting up files for new clients and making sure all counsellors have the neccessary details to begin the therapy process.
As we are currently mostly still operating online/phone, the volunteer is the link between the client and the Therapist.
