What's Involved
Are you passionate about keeping fit? Would you like to be more involved in your community?
You will be supporting a young man with an intellectual disability who is determined to achieve his fitness goals at his local gym. You will be able to work out alongside this individual whilst at the same time supporting them to maintain their progress. Your gym admission will be paid for so you will be able to work out for free as well as supporting a young man to develop a healthy lifestyle.
What's required for this position
The only skills needed for this role is to be a personable person who is both friendly whilst at the same time being able to motivate and lead by example. A passion for fitness would be a huge plus!
