Omeath (ó Méith in Irish) Tidy Towns was re-established in 2008.
We are located some 6 km north of Carlingford and only 8 km from Newry, Northern Ireland. The village and the surrounding area is steeped in Irish history - both cultural and linguistic, and set in a beautiful coastal landscape.
What's Involved
This opportunity will involve
- promoting Omeath as a to a wider audience as a tourist area
- encourage new members to take part in the maintenance and upkeep of the village.
What's required for this position
Be computer literate, knowledge of PR role, pleasant and people friendly
Hours and times can be open to change
- PR/ Marketing/ Market Research
Level of English required for this role:
Intermediate English
Minimum time commitment: 3 months
Hours required: 4hrs Weekly
