About Depaul
Depaul is a homeless charity providing accommodation and support through hostels and outreach services. Depaul believes that everyone should have a place to call home and a stake in their community. Our aim is to work with those who are socially excluded and marginalised by providing a quality led service in order to produce the best possible outcomes for those accessing our services. We work in partnership with central and local government, housing associations and other non-governmental organisations such as the society of St Vincent de Paul.
What's Involved
The Depaul Raft Race Against Homelessness, is our flagship fundraising event taking place on Saturday September 8th.
Thirty teams will race their rafts across Grand Canal Dock, we will also have a children’s games area, penalty shoot-out into Grand Canal Dock, a DJ and more.
We are seeking an Event Photographer to photograph the event.
The hours for this role will be 10.30am to 1.30pm.
Photographs are needed of all aspects of the event including sponsors, participants, volunteers, games areas and the winners at the end of the event.
You also might be needed to go out on a boat in Grand Canal Dock to get some action shots!
