About BlueFire
BlueFire is a free open-air intercultural arts festival that takes place in Dublin's historic Smithfield Square. The festival is a non-profit social enterprise with a mission to promote social integration and cohesion amongst Dubliners across all cultural backgrounds.

What's Involved
BlueFire Street Fest will take place on Saturday 21st September across Dublin's Smithfield Square and neighbouring venues and will feature a Global Village Market and Health and Harmony Fair, music, dance and performance zones, talks, workshops and much more.
Previous audience attendance has reached 10,000 and we expect no less this year!
We will need zone managers, artist liaisons, production assistants, and runners on the day to make all of this comes to life.
What's required for this position
Highly motivated, friendly, experienced in festival/event operations, good with kids/young people, preferably a good understanding of community organisations but not essential, experience with culturally and socially diverse audiences.
