What's Involved
Phoning retailers in Cork area to place an Age Action Counter Top Box with a retailer.
Liaising with volunteers who will place the counter top boxes.
Entering details of placed counter top boxes on Excel spreadsheet.
Interacting with office, care and repair and getting started volunteers.
Calling Existing Getting Started Clients to ask them would they help out this year with fundraising collections.
Prior to collection date calling clients and slotting them into schedules.
Ringing them prior to event to remind of their time slot.
Ringing them after to thank them for their time.
Calling clients to ask them to do a Church Gate Collection in their area/local church.
Working with the Getting Started Programme Manager on the administration of our computer training classes and volunteer tutors.
What's required for this position
Reliable, punctual, outgoing and friendly. Good computer skills. Good telephone skills.
