About Dunleer Tidy Towns Committee

To support the upkeep of the village of Dunleer and surrounding areas such as daily street sweeping and litter control. To maintain Parish and Church grounds. To help and support other organisations such as local residents associations and parish groups. A lot of the work that we do is carried out in conjunction with the Community Employment Scheme which is vital to the success of our organisation.

What's Involved

Dunleer Tidy Towns is hosting an event on Sunday, July 30th in Barmeath Castle, Dunleer. We would love to hear from people who would be interested in helping out for the afternoon, 1 pm to 6 pm. Tasks will involve: Setting up and serving/selling of teas/coffees. Washing up and clearing away after the event. Volunteers can volunteer in shifts.

What's required for this position

Friendly, outgoing, willing to volunteer as part of a team.
