About ReachOut.com

ReachOut Ireland is a charitable organisation helping young people through tough times. We achieve this mission through our two websites ReachOut.com and ReachOutParents.com.
ReachOut.com is an online youth mental health service dedicated to taking the mystery out of mental health. Through our commenting facilities, real stories and videos section, and huge range of mental health information articles, ReachOut.com supports young people in Ireland by giving them a safe space online to turn to when they need it. ReachOutParents.com provides reliable information for parents to support young people’s mental health and well-being.

What's Involved

Are you aged 12-18 and passionate about mental health? Take our challenge to become a ReachOut.com Classroom Champion.

How do I take the challenge?
It’s easy to take part. Firstly, get in touch to let us know you’re interested and we’ll send out a pack to get you started.

There are five mental health related challenges, which include writing a mental health/wellbeing related blog, producing a short video for ReachOut.com or organising a mental health awareness event such as a talk, wellbeing activity or a fundraiser.

Once you have completed the challenges, you will become a ReachOut.com Classroom Champion. We will send you ReachOut.com goody bags when you’ve completed the challenge.

How this will help you and your school
1. Positive mental health promotion within your school
2. Opportunities for you to have stories, blogs or videos published on our website
3. Encourage mental health talks, fundraisers and positive mental health days within schools
4. Raise awareness of ReachOut.com as support for students going through a tough time.
