The purpose of the Human Health Project (HHP) is to get health information and peer-to-peer support from the HHP community around the world in response to Health Topics that are posted. Our goal is to improve access, self-management, equity, and affordability of health care throughout the world. HHP is a nonprofit, noncommercial, volunteer-based organization promoting the health of individuals worldwide as a human right for all.

What's Involved

The Role:

HHP is looking for a strategic and results driven person to direct our retention and engagement. You will manage all personnel aspects of the CRM team, including hiring, mentoring, evaluating, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Developing and executing fact based, data and insight driven retention and customer experience strategies and plans that ultimately increase the LTV of our customers.
2. Implementing our vision and strategy and leading the team responsible for guiding the organization to improving retention and engagement.
3. Leading and optimising marketing programs that support our goals. You will also be responsible for creating, implementing and continuously improving our CRM strategies.

Key Requirements:

  • A B.A., preferably a M.B.A. with 8-10 years of Marketing experience in areas including email, CRM, loyalty/rewards, push, direct mail, customer segmentation, and promotions.
  • Previous experience in eCommerce is highly desirable.
  • Leadership experience.
  • A successful track-record of developing marketing strategies, executing, measuring, and delivering on performance targets.
  • Strong project management skills - the ability to plan resources and manage resources.
  • You'll be highly data-driven and understand how to optimize email programs to deliver upon overall company goals and metrics.
  • A proven track record of delivering high customer service.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • A natural ability to collaborate well with others across the organization and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly-fluid environment.
