What's Involved

We are looking for volunteers to engage in a wide variety of community garden based activities such as planting, weeding, harvesting, composting and general garden maintenance. It's an opportunity for volunteers to learn gardening skills, work along side other volunteers in a socially inclusive way.

Muck and Magic Garden
The garden opened in 2011.It is based on a piece of land owned by Dublin City Council where we have constructed a series of raised beds, used for growing vegetables, a garden shed and a series of compost bins. In recent months the garden has acquired some hens.

Volunteers are always welcome. Volunteers who have an interest in gardening or want to meet people while learning something new and getting active are welcome to become members. We have a place for volunteers of all levels of gardening skill and all levels of commitment.

Muck and Magic Garden is open on Monday and Wednesday mornings.
