About City of Dublin YMCA

The City of Dublin YMCA, founded in 1849, is the second oldest YMCA in the world. Through the years, our organisation has operated out of many locations in the Dublin area, but we are now located in the City Centre on Aungier Street and in Sandymount on Claremont Road.

We offer a wide variety of services to the community at large, including youth programmes, job training, short- and long-term accommodation, sports and fitness training, dance classes, childcare, transitional housing and much more.

What's Involved

Would you like to be involved in running a youth cafe in inner city Dublin? You will be helping to provide a quiet, safe non-judgemental environment for young people to come and hang out.

What's required for this position

- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
- A non-judgemental attitude. good initiative and leadership qualities.

Fluent English

Minimum time commitment: Flexible

Hours required: 2hrs Weekly
