Community Lynks Project is an organisation to support people who are in recovery from addiction, and seek through training and education the development of skilled individuals with the ability to make a measurable contribution within the wider community.
What's Involved
We at the Community Lynks Project are seeking a volunteer to take a Group to do Circuit Training in our Sports Hall.
We have a schedule for this group, so the time of this class would be Thursday at 3 pm. It would involve a circuit class with our Abstinent Group.
Community Lynks Project is a rehabilitation project from drug and alcohol addiction. Our Abstinent Group consists mainly of males (but not exclusively), ranging from 21-40 plus, and in varying states of fitness, but all very keen to get fit. We have all the equipment needed on site.
What's required for this position
Health and Fitness; design a small circuit training programme.
