What's Involved

The IT Support Volunteer will be responsible for the ILS website and other technology-related issues that may arise. They should be proactive and ready to seek out new ways for ILS to expand its digital footprint.

Specific duties include:
● Maintain and update ILS website on a regular basis
● Troubleshoot issues with ILS technology on site
● Assist communications intern with digital communication as needed
● Commitment of up to 10 hours a week over a minimum of 3 months

What's required for this position

● Excellent computer skills with experience in web design
● Interest in issues surrounding migration, integration, and social inclusion
● Experience volunteering or working with charitable organisations
● Flexible, open-minded, and dependable
● Ability to work independently and on own initiative
● Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal English communication skills
