Social Entrepreneurs Ireland's vision is an Ireland where every social problem is solved quickly and effectively. We support social entrepreneurs from start-up to scale-up.
What's Involved
We are looking for volunteers for a Dublin based event on May 14th.
We are a local Irish organisation dedicated to investing in and supporting social entrepreneurs and their projects in Ireland from seed to scale. We do this through our programmes – The Academy for Social Entrepreneurs, the Awards and Impact Partnerships (open to our Alumni Network).
As part of our selection process we will be holding 3 Bootcamp events this May (2 in Dublin and 1 in Galway) where we will bring social entrepreneurs together for a day of training, networking and pitching to panels of judges.
This is a really exciting day for everyone involved and a great opportunity to learn more about the social entrepreneurship sector in Ireland. You will be at the forefront of what is happening around the county with a chance to meet some of Ireland’s highest potential social entrepreneurs as well as interact with our team on the day.
We are looking for volunteers (aged 18+) for the following date:
14th of May: Awards Bootcamp – RDS
approx. 8.30AM-5.30PM
Volunteers will be given a lunch on the day and their main responsibilities include:
Help at the registration desk
Redirecting people to their allocated rooms
Tracking time and ensuring all pitches are completed on time
Putting the social entrepreneurs’ nerves at ease
