About Polio Survivors Ireland
Polio Survivors Ireland creates awareness and provides information regarding the late effects of polio among polio survivors, statutory agencies and the wider medical profession, and ensures that the needs of polio survivors relating to their condition are met to enable them to live with dignity. Our Core Objectives are to create awareness and provide information on the needs of polio survivors and on Post Polio Syndrome and to support and advocate on behalf of all polio survivors in Ireland.
What's Involved
Polio Survivors Ireland are launching a National Polio Register in 2018. To help contact all polio survivors still living in Ireland today.
The publicity and campaign roles are to help us promote the National Polio Register and Polio Survivors Ireland in local media, radio & newspapers. This will us to help contact polio survivors living in your area.
