What's Involved
parkruns are a free weekly 5k runs in local parks every Saturday at 9:30 am. The focus is on health and wellbeing and getting sedentary people into activity. The volunteering opportunity here is to be part of a ten week set up team that establishes a new event.
What's required for this position
We have tasks to suit all levels of ability ranging from marshalling, tail walking, timers, scanners, photography, run reports for social media, results processing and volunteer management to name just a few of the volunteer roles.
