Cheshire Ireland provides a range of support services to people with both physical and neurological conditions in their homes, in residential centres, in supported accommodation and in stand alone respite facilities. We provide our services to people often with very complex and high support needs.

What's Involved

We are currently looking for a volunteer to work with a specific resident within our care named Ian. Ian is a non-verbal male wheelchair user who happens to be very fond of Comic-Books, Science-Fiction, Television and the Fantastic Genre in general. He likes staff to read him Marvel / DC Comics and go to Comic Events. We would love to find a volunteer with drawing, painting and design skills, to come visit Ian in our residential center and help him design a comic where he is the Super-Hero or main protagonist!

What's required for this position

We are looking for outgoing, confident enthusiastic people with skills and knowledge in drawing, painting designing to help Ian participate in that goal. Garda Vetting and CV is required.
