We provide practical and emotional support, rehabilitation services and hands-on training to help people who are blind or vision impaired to live independently and confidently. We help people deal emotionally with the diagnosis of an eye condition and the impact it will have on different aspects of their life, from family to work to education, now and into the future.

What's Involved

The main tasks are preparation and presentation of stock. Cash and credit card sales. Window display and general housekeeping of busy shop.

There are loads of opportunities, whether you like working with the customers, shop displays, cash tills or prefer to be in the background preparing the stock for sale.

What's required for this position

All training will be provided. This is a great opportunity to gain new skills or put old ones back into practice.

Level of English required for this role:
Intermediate English

Times and commitment required for this role


Minimum time commitment: 3 months

Hours required: 2hrs Weekly
