About Monaghan Integrated Development CLG
Monaghan Integrated Development is a Local Development Company funded by the Irish Government and charged with the delivery of a range of programmes whose aim is to support specific target groups with a view to making a positive difference in their lives.
A core role of Monaghan Integration Development is to promote social inclusion, support enterprise development and employment creation, facilitate access to education, training and lifelong learning and assist community groups in identifying needs and developing local solutions.
What's Involved
The Community Health Plan initiative is run by Monaghan Integrated Development and CAWT (Cooperation and Working Together). It is funded by European Union Interreg VA.
The project aims to assist individuals and groups to identify their own needs and to access support in their local community to promote healthier lifestyles.
Participants will meet with one of the Community Health Reps and complete a survey about their lifestyle and wellness. The meeting will take about 30 minutes.
All information gathered will be kept confidential.
What's required for this position
No particular skills needed, we are interested in having all kinds of people involved in this programme.
