What's Involved
As customer service representative in Tullamore Tourist Office, the volunteer would be expected to be available to help and assist visitors to the office, answer queries, provide information and help with itineraries. They will be answer telephone queries also and assist in admin work if they wish to do so.
What's required for this position
They should have a good knowledge of the county and be interested in tourism. They should have good communication skills and love chatting and helping others. A good telephone manner is also important.
