What's Involved

The UCD Seafood Study is looking to explore how much seafood is consumed by adults in Ireland, and how seafood consumption impacts on our overall nutrition. We are currently seeking seafood consumers to take part in an online study examining seafood consumption in Ireland. Volunteers will be asked to provide information on their normal dietary intake via an online questionnaire. Following an initial screening, volunteers will have to complete 3 24 hour dietary recalls over 2 weeks, a food frequency and a demographics questionnaire. The study is entirely online, there are no in-person visits or appointments required. There is support available to participants via our social media profiles or by emailing seafood@ucd.ie. For more information about the study, or if you would like to take part, please email seafood@ucd.ie.
